"Staff appears inexperienced. No bed linens or towels were in the cabin when I checked-in. I informed reception and they would inform someone to bring them. Over two hours later I went to reception to let them know that no linens or towels were delivered. the receptionist took me to a storage room and gave me a set. "We had the most amazing stay at the Arctic Gourmet Cabin. The cabins are cozy, comfy bed, beautiful views. We enjoyed relaxing with a sauna and hot top. The 4 course meal with wine pairing was one of the most outstanding meals I've ever had. I highly recommend treating yourself to this experience! also a fabulous spot to see the northern lights!"

"Lovely staff and place. As they cater to helicopter trips it was sometimes hard to find staff for assistance but super friendly and picturesque. Very clean as well. "

"Very well equipped lodge, clean & comfortable and we loved the veranda. We spend a few nights with our family and enjoyed the hiking as well as boating/swimming in the lake. It’s in the middle of nowhere and deafening quiet. Point of attention, do your groceries shopping before you arrive, it’s quite a long drive. But that’s part of the isolated charm."

"Das Lakeside Loghouse liegt auf dem riesigen und wunderschönen Grundstück von Stefans Familie in einer ländlichen Gegend direkt am Ufer des malerischen Sees "Alsensjön". Stefan hat sich vor und während unseres Aufenthalts sehr gut um all unsere Belange gekümmert - beispielsweise, als einmal wegen Straßenbauarbeiten der Strom ausfiel und er uns eimerweise Wasser vom See brachte oder als uns die Milch ausgegangen war und er uns welche schenkte.
