"All staff members - from front desk to housekeeping - were exceptional. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had and the restaurant was also excellent. Everything was spotless & in good repair. The only negatives were that 1) the rooms do not have mini-fridges; 2) compared to the US, they are extremely small; and 3) the hotel does not provide wash cloths. Also, the room did not have any type of a dedicated 'lounge' chair. There was a wooden chair at the work counter, but the only seating in the room was either that chair or the bed. I found myself going to the lobby to sit in regular chairs (while reading my book). "

"Wonderful stay at the hotel which is directly across from the central station and bus terminal. There is also a metro stop with all lines so perfect location for travelling around the city. The hotel is huge and beautifully decorated. We had a room with an internal balcony but heard no noise during our stay. The staff even allowed us to check in early as rooms were available. We spent a couple of hours in the spa which had amazing facilities and beautifully decorated. Would totally recommend the hotel and the city!!"
