All over a really good hotel, however there were stains on the carpet floor and a certain smell in the room which was a bit unpleasant but apart from that, great staff, great breakfast!

Lobby, bar and restaurant was in a beautiful design, but stepping out of the elevator at 6th floor was like stepping into a cheap hostel. The bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast was too crowded.

My stay was good, I liked the staffs and how quiet the surroundings are. However the only thing I didn’t quite like my room was the Tv and the fact there was no telephone in the room. Thankfully nothing emergency happened but in certain scenarios whereby could’ve possibly happpeend was thinking what would happened if I needed to call and there was no telephone I was told by one receptionist it was removed from all the rooms due to some electronic problems that was what I was told. Aside this the stag was very nice , check in was very smooth, same as checkout as well.

No Cleaning in the name of the environment
Booked 4 nights with family here (2 adults + 2 young kids). Upon checkin, we were told that they wouldnt change towles/clean rooms due to environment concerns?, but we could reach out if needed. We asked for this + change of towels after 2 nights, however this was met with some resistance even from the cleaning ladies that wouldnt hand out new towels. We never understood why making someones bed is detrimental for the environment - but this is simply not acceptable service. The breakfast in the mornings was chaos - to many guests compared to visitors, meaning not enough seating and no one to steer the guests. No variety same breakfast everyday. The location was good as very central, which is the nice part of the hotel.

Leider musste ich die Erfahrung machen, dass über sämtliche Zimmer Mitglieder einer Clan-Familie aus dem Libanon genächtigt haben. Sie haben sich derart rücksichtslos und beschämend verhalten, dass ich vier Stockwerke weiter nach oben umgezogen bin. Übrigens kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen. Nicht einmal einen kleinen Spalt. Die Zimmertemperatur war deutlich zu kalt und man kann es nicht wärmer regulieren. Die Anlage sagt zwar, dass man um 3 Grad nach oben stellen kann, das funktioniert aber nicht. Ich habe mir dort eine Erkältung zugezogen, weil es so dermassen kalt war. Nie wieder werde ich dort wohnen...!

Godt hotel, men ærgerligt med morgenmaden
Vi havde overordnet set et rigtig godt ophold. Rene faciliteter, venligt personale og et godt værelse. Dog er vi ærgerlige over morgenmaden. Der er morgenmad tilgængeligt til kl. 11 i weekenden, hvilket var én af grundene til, at vi valgte netop dette hotel. Da vi den sidste dag kom ned til morgenmaden kl. 10:15, var der stort set tomt i brødkurven, undtagen små hvide flutes. Da jeg spurgte personalet, om de havde mere brød/franskbrød/grov brød, sagde hun nej. Jeg synes det er ærgerligt, at have betalt ekstra for morgenmad, når man melder “udsolgt” af brød med 45 min. tilbage af morgenmaden. Selve kvaliteten af morgenmaden var god, men jeg synes ikke det er i orden, at man ikke har nok, når gæsterne betaler ekstra for morgenmad.
