Nice hotel in good location

Hotel is conveniently located near Liseberg and the bus stop for airport. 5 minute walk into the city centre. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Reception staff very helpful.

Härlig utsikt från rum på 11 våningen! Frukosten jättebra men skulle kunna vara dubbel servering på bröd och pannkakor. Lite trött personal.

Bra hotell

Har bott på Scandic Opalen ett par gånger tidigare och vet att det är bra. Centralt läge, bra sängar och mycket bra frukost! Fick rum med fin utsikt över Ullevi & filmstaden bl.a Däremot fick min son och hans familj ett rum med 4 sängar varav bara 2 var vanliga sängar, de andra satt på väggen som nåt liknande våningssäng, och upplevdes inte lika bekväma. Framgick inte heller vid bokning där det bara stod 4 enkelsängar.
