Amazing room, comfortable bed. The hotel lobby had a cozy bar with good options. The breakfast was amazing. The only issue was the enterance was hard to find at first.

First class, fairly new. Boat ride across to city centre but close to hotel. Airport bus stops within 5 minute walk. Nice size room and excellent breakfast included. Would definitely stay here again.

The property itself was excellent, and the staff were superb. Fabulous inclusive breakfast buffet, too. The area is a little out of town, and local construction on a new tram means the neighbourhood is a bit of a mess. No fault of the hotel, obviously. I was attending a gig at Film Studios nearby, so it was very convenient for that.

Very nice stay. The hotel is in the small building next to the Karla Tower, but is quite nice - great gym with a wide array of machines and equipment, great breakfast buffet, room was maybe a bit small but perfectly fine. Will definitely order again.

Hotel is lovely, modern and has great breakfast options. The dining options directly around the hotel are limited as is the room service menu so we had to travel into the city to have more dinner options. Around the hotel is a little bit of a construction site so you need to walk 5-10mins to get public transport. Staff were all lovely.

The hotel reception, rooms and breakfast/restaurant area were superb. In the Spa, one sauna was out of order unfortunately. Also with the spa, it's not clear at first but the use of the Spa is not included, you must pay £15 per person, for 2 hours use. The location of the hotel is a quiet, fairly boring area, but you can get transport easily into a more enjoyable area. The hotel staff were not the most polite nor knowledgeable but they did ok. Despite some of the negatives, I would book again and I would recommend.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Ein Hotel zum wohlfühlen. Stadt gut mit Fähren erreichbar. In der Umgebung entsteht ein sehr modernes Göteborg, zum Teil momentan noch sehr viele Baustellen. Sauna im Spa Bereich kostet extra.

Mooie ligging, met 5 minuutjes lopen mogelijkheid om het pontje naar de stad te nemen. Koninklijk ontbijt buffet ! Uitgebreid buffet, vers fruit, yoghurt’s, lactosevrije producten, smoorhies, kortom voor elk wat wils. Absolute aanrader dit hotel !

Kanon rum, rent och fräscht. utsikten norrut helt kass från fjärde våningen, verkar som hela värmeanläggningen för Karlatornet var utanför fönstret. Tips uppgradera er längre upp eller se till att inte ha fönstret "norrut".
