Great stay
As expected. Great location, amazing gym, service was friendly and efficient, very nice breakfast. Only downside was that the restaurant didn’t offer a kids menu. I would think many families stay here, so that was a surprise.

Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel next to a beautiful park. Rooms very fine and well ventilated. Breakfast was excellent. Some of the machines in the gym was broken, but it was well equipped with manual equipment like weights. We only missed a swimming pool - seemed like a hotel like this would have one.

Had a broken TV in my room, had to go to reception 3 times and then got a new room. Had to pack and move at 23 pm to a family room and that is not what i wanted to have. I paid for upgrade but got somewhat downgraded.

Hej det positiva var trevlig personal. Fint rum och bra läge till skidor, bad, lekplatsen med skridskobana runt hörnet. Det negativa var dyr parkering, du kan inte sätta upp din nota på rummet, fanns inget städ om du inte frågade, inga "sportlovstider" på frukosten utan du skall upp tidigt. Önskade en vattenkokare till rummet då vi har små barn med , så vi kunde koka lite varm vatten till välling. Fanns inget barntallrikar, bestick till barn att äta med men barstolar.

Bra loungedelar där man kunde sitta och även spela shuffleboard. Trevlig personal både i receptionen och vid frukosten. Bra med kylskåp, micro, porslin och bestick på rummet. Vi bodde i ett familjerum. Frukosten var god och med stort utbud med trevlig personal som städade undan i takt med att folk gick så det var rent hela tiden. Bra med gym och bastu tillgängligt (det hann vi inte med denna gång).
