"The stay was excellent. Tonya (girl at reception) was extremely helpful & made our stay excellent. The instructions emailed were incorrect. The reception doesn’t open until 1400 hrs, but the instructions stated 1100 hrs. This caused our first day to be quite tiring and unenjoyable. We had just travelled from the USA & wanted to leave our back packs at the reception and tour until evening, but instead we waited for 3 hours outside & were too tired to tour. "Not a fan. Very very budget. Limited communication. Not what we expected after staying at a similar property in the area. Not very clean. Little couch was quite worn. Table was wobbly so we couldn't sit to eat. Had to do the dishes which was fine, but the last people hadn't cleaned well. Minimal dishes, no toaster. Not in walking distance to anything, definitely not a grocery store. Only 10 parking spots for 44 units!! That was stressful because their option was paid parking (we booked here...

"I had a really good check-in experience. It was a few minutes walk from the train station, to my surprise public transport is very efficient in Stockholm and you could ride to the city center in less than 10 minutes from the property. The property was clean and robust communication set up! "

"We were so disappointed upon arrival at our apartment. We had specifically booked an apartment instead of a hotel room so that we'd have a separate lounging area while our son slept, but there was only a tiny kitchen, no living room, and no door to the bedroom. The bathroom was full of black mold. It was also super noisy with very thin walls so you heard every move your neighbors made or every buzz of their phones. A sleepless night, thank goodness we only had to stay for one. "

"Everything was perfect for me and I really liked the simple modern monotone interior, too. Just one thing to adde is maybe if you had a higher quality hair dryer set in the room it would be super nice for women who cares for their hair. Thank you !"

"Hotel contacted me around 2:30pm on arrival day to give me chech-in instructions. For me a bit too late. Because you need a special APP to get your virtual key. So you need internet and enough battery in your phone... GPS didn't find correct way as it is in an industrial area... Studio fully furnished but in grey, beige and white colors so quite depressive. No pictures on walls. A/C a bit too noisy and fridge too near from bed. TV was progrmmed in russia :((( "
