"Reception staff, breakfast, bar and cleaning staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was everything I needed and required, breakfast superb with so much choice, I also had dinner in the hotel one evening, very good. The fact that there was a “go green” label to put on my hotel door was excellent as there was no need for my room to be cleaned every day. A great stay and would highly recommend any Elite Hotel around Europe. "

"This was my favourite hotel that I stayed out throughout my Sweden, Denmark and Iceland trip! The design is really cool and pretty, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was amazing. I went for dinner and the food was so delicious and the staff were so lovely. The breakfast buffet was also the best I’ve had - everything was super fresh and felt more like I was eating in a nice cafe. "Big and glitzy hotel, they seems to have everything under control given the size of the hotel and the number of rooms. Check in was easy (but busy) bars were also busy but didn’t have to wait long for service. Breakfast was again easy to navigate in such a busy environment."
