"Hotel was nice and most staff were kind, friendly, and helpful despite the large volume of people trying to check in at the same time ahead of a show at JPJ area. The exception was the valet. I saw him get into a verbal altercation with a pedestrian that he almost hit with someone else’s car. We also witnessed the valet drive like a maniac when out of view of the lobby area. "The place was closed and looks like it has been for quite sometime. The outside was run down and litter all over. We drove 5 hours to get there and even had a confirmation number from hotel. Com. Very disappointed!!!!!!"
