"Hyatt Centric Arlington was neat as a pin and professionally staffed. Every employee I interacted with was extremely polite and helpful. Many of them reached out to me without asking. My room and the dining area were very clean and well-organized. I only have two, minor complaints. The chairs in my room were very worn and the location of my access room was adjacent to the elevator mechanicals, creating significant noise in my room."

"Good location at the head of the King St. restaurant/shopping area. Room was quiet and comfortable, after we switched! Original room's bed shared a wall with the "Electrical Room" which emitted a low, loud hum all night. Impossible to sleep. We were able to change with no problem. Shower excellent, hot water, good pressure, soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. Sink water pressure very low, however, not much more than a trickle. All in all a very pleasant stay."

"The room was extremely humid. There was no ventilation in the bathroom / shower. The water was dripping from the windows. The help desk sent an engineering team to check. All they did was turn the heat down to 60s, so the room didn’t feel humid. On a piece of paper they wrote, they fixed the problem. We were offered another room, but given our short stay, and the fact that we were told other rooms were the same, we decided to stay. Hopefully the problem can get fixed for the future guests. "

"Staff was ready for us upon our arrival. Being an Omni Select customer helped. Our check in process took about 2 minutes and we were off to our rooms. Other than being beside a stairwell door that was frequently used, we had a nice stay. Rooms were clean. HVAC worked flawlessly. Hot water took less than a minute for use. Free parking at the hotel and walking distance to many restaurants and the downtown. Ride share was never more than 5 minutes away."
