"The only "cons": no ice machines were working on site and all the pool guests were complaining that nobody's key worked for the door (ours didn't work either). The staff (and other guests), however, were so nice . There wasn't a single staff member that we encountered that was anything short of pleasant."

All the free amenities like the arcade, mini golf, tennis, cinema, dvd rental, etc more than paid for themselves in the cheap, daily resort fee of ~$8/day.
