"Everything was mostly good-great. I really like the staff here. Even the mostly Spanish speaking people try very hard to communicate. I especially appreciate the front desk clerks, cleaning crew, and manager. The only problem (which I have never seen before) was a rather large cockroach in the "sink area" outside the bathroom. Probably should spray after I check out. I didn't bring it in here but I stomped on it."

"I truly enjoy this property. I have been in VA Beach for work for the last month or so. I have stayed on almost every floor (I go home for the weekends). Every room has been clean, the staff is great and always courteous. The gym is noteworthy, and the whole experience has been fabulous. Kudos to this property. "
