The rooms were great. They were stocked and clean. The hallways were just okay, but could used some help cleaning wise. The elevators are disgusting. Someone spit on the wall in the elevator. It was there for my entire stay, and that was 3 days, so for 3 days, housekeeping ignored it. Other than that, just not clean overall. They ignore the elevators.

I liked the fact that the property was pet friendly, the grounds outside were dirty. Lots of trash in the parking lot and grassy areas. The check in clerk was rude. She seemed offended that she had to put her phone call on mute to check us in, she sat the whole time and just acted like she couldn’t be bothered to do her job. Bad part was, the manager was on her phone right beside her. We also asked for shampoo and conditioner for our room since the dispensers in the shower were empty. When we left, we still had no shampoo or conditioner.

We come here often. We love that animals are permitted even though our dog didnt come this time. I didnt like that there was old food in the microwave and i had to crouch on my knees to plug it in properly. I am 63.

I would not recommend this hotel. The breakfast is terrible the staff is clueless the manager is never there to handle disputes. Maintenance is non existent so if something breaks they just give you the supplies to fix it yourself. Also do not bring in candles unless you have a snuffer to completely extinguish the smoke or they will accuse you of smoking and you will lose your $250 deposit if you have the finances please go to any other hotel except that one or you will have a miserable stay.

The property was fine for a first time staying there but I wouldn’t again. The bathroom was relatively dirty and the floors needed to be sweeped. The walls were rather thin so you could hear people in the hallway talking. Which happened most nights.
