"Hotel Nikko is an exceptional property in San Francisco. It is beautiful, clean as can be, the rooms are gorgeous and luxurious, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It is a very convenient location for anything you want to do in town. The amenities here are better than other nearby hotels. Lots of parking options nearby as well as on site. We will definitely stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel room was very clean. the staff was friendly. Also, the decor is very classy, we really loved the fireplace area in a cold SF night. We would defenitely stay there again."

"The vintage vibe makes the property unique. The A/C generates a loud noise when is on. Apart from that, everything else is fine. The hospitality and attentiveness of the front desk staff make us feel like home which is why we returned for the second time. Breakfast for some might think is limited. For us it is just good as we love, harsh browns, wedges, suasages, hot cakes, waffles, cereal, beacon, scrambled egg / mini omelettes and etc which some are on rotation. "

"Everything is clean and new. The rooms were actually well maintained & had proper size/space. Love the walkin closet. The safebox was a bit too high for petite me tho lol. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Tge lobby & cafe was my fave place to work. I will go back again."

"I loved being received with a glass of wine and the security of having locked entry. Beautiful lobby and rooms are comfortable. Unfortunately, the bistro downstairs "Is now closed" so there are no dining options. We took the BART from SFO, and after dark the area is like any metropolis (LA/NYC) with homeless and sirens at all hours of the night. Nothing we aren't used to, but not recommended for families with young children unless you are taking an Uber everywhere. There are a few night coffee/breakfast shops in the immediate neighborhood. Overall, great hotel in a cool location."
