"This is a very nice hotel that is an updated take on a historical building. All staff are friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was just the right size for two people. While the bathroom does not have a proper counter, it has everything you need. If you need more space, this might not be the right call. We also like the lounge upstairs open Thursday- Sunday. Beautiful views of the city and very lively. Starbucks is almost adjacent to the hotel for easy grab and go. "

"It's a nice hotel with good costumer service. They upgraded my room after a slight miscommunication and they've been helpful with questions I've had. Sadly, the downside to my current trip would be the strikers nearby but they appear to be striking the bigger hotel chains... but I'm a tourist, not a local so I don't know what they've been thru. But overall, good hotel."
