"This was a beautiful property. Friendly staff. Very convenient to get to from the freeway plus centrally located so I can easily walk to many places. The moma or civic center. I will go back again but my one complaint. The a/c only want down to 71.5 degrees....or so the thermostat said. It was much warmer that that. But I will return. Next time I will request an in room fan if available. "

"A very clean, chic hotel with good amenities. Checkin/out staff were very friendly. We stayed here for a night because we had a birthday party in the area. I went with my gut and booked this hotel, which was about $20-30 more but worth it because it’s in a stretch further from the Tenderloin, away from all the homeless and poop on the street. We walked down the hill and Market ST this morning and am so glad we avoided all the crap (literally & figuratively) on the street last night."
