We really enjoyed our stay at this property - the room was surprisingly large for SF, clean, modern and well appointed. There is a cafe downstairs with fresh juice and breakfast hot. The neighborhood is close to the tenderloin, so expect lots of homeless people, but I used to live in SF so I know that. It's a convenient location however, and I loved the hotel! Note there is no valet parking, but there is a parking garage around the corner that you can negotiate unlimited in and out privileges for about 40-50/day.

No room service available , remodel is boring and they took away the cool vibe . It looks like a Marriott Courtyard, outrageous parking fee 85.50 a night , rhe junior suite has a wall now between sitting area and it closed everything off and made bedroom area too small .
