This is our second time staying at the hotel, I love the area and the staff is really nice, but the beds are sunk in and the pillows have no support any more, also it was sad people leaving their trash on the parking lot. But I will definitely return except I will bring my pillow next time

There was some strange stains in the rooms our toilet wasn’t cleaned and was disgusting. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but not necessarily a good one either.

My check-in was great due to the employee who assisted me because my credit cards didn’t go thru but he was patient while I sorted it out with my bank. I had 2 consecutive reservations and he made sure to link them together. He was very joyful and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. We arrived late, about 10 minutes before the restaurant closed and they accommodated us by taking our order and packed them to go so we were able to enjoy our delicious meal in our room. We had breakfast out last morning and the food was great! Now, the downside to my stay was waking up early the first day because there was a mouse running around my ground floor room. I reported it to the front desk and I was immediately moved to my new room which was what I booked for my second day. The employee who helped me said that the construction across the street have driven the rats over to their hotel. Though I received an apology, I wasn’t offered any compensation such as an upgrade or a comp meal.
