"Our host was amazing, attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The price we paid for the location in view was well worth it two bedroom with the balcony that made this stay worth it. Enjoyed cooking, watching movies with that video and falling asleep peacefully with that cold breeze coming through waking up to a magical view once again. We had a blast and will be back definitely worth the stay very clean and very updated and beautiful"

"David's apartment is a beautiful, well-maintained, and nicely-furnished 2-bedroom located near 9th st and Folsom st. It has everything you'd need for a long-term stay. The front bedroom is the nicer of the two: the natural light and desk make for a very comfortable space. The back bedroom has no desk and the window looks out directly into the siding of the building, so there's no view. But the room is comfy. Both rooms have closets and tons of storage space. "This property is perfect for any family! It is steps away from the beach and Golden Gate park. The sunsets are absolutely amazing and the cool pacific breeze is always refreshing! There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, yet it is a quiet neighborhood filled with friendly neighbors. The kitchen is state of the art with a Viking stove that makes any meal preparation fun! Our host responded to any questions within minutes. We stayed for 30 days and enjoyed every minute of it!"

The apartment is really well furnished and all of the appliances are high quality, the apartment was clean upon move-in and communication with Cynthia was very easy. The building was also nice with an elevator and friendly neighbors. It was plenty of space for one person and would likely be comfortable for two people as well."
