"Stuck between a Ramen restaurant and a bar, it's easy to NOT find it. The view from the window was of the garbage-strewn roof of a neighbouring building. It's right downtown, near the cablecar turnaround, so that's to be expected. Otherwise, there is nothing wrong with this hotel. Everything else was great. The breakfast fare (included) was surprisingly varied. I'd go back for sure. "

This property was my 2nd choice for booking (based on rate) but very quickly be came my 1st due the increased safety I felt over my 1st choice. It is quite close to Union Square. "The staffs were excellent. Very helpful.the shared lobby and the kitchen are good too. The 6 bed shared room where I stayed were full of worn out beds, did not appear to be ‘clean’ enough. Not enough spaced to hang out used clothes. Maybe, considering the low cost, it should be accepted."
