"I booked this property based on price and location. It was offered at a great rate (based on the date booked, New Years Eve). This property was my 2nd choice for booking (based on rate) but very quickly be came my 1st due the increased safety I felt over my 1st choice. It is quite close to Union Square. "Clean and friendly staff "

"The staffs were excellent. Very helpful.the shared lobby and the kitchen are good too. The 6 bed shared room where I stayed were full of worn out beds, did not appear to be ‘clean’ enough. Not enough spaced to hang out used clothes. Maybe, considering the low cost, it should be accepted."
