The staff was so kind, professional and helpful at every interaction. Elevators were very accessible. The rooms were spacious, elegant and spotless. Lots of excellent food selections within just a few blocks. We plan to return annually. Simply superb accommodations! "

"We loved the King Charles Hotel! It was whimsical, charming, and comfortable. The staff took care of everything that we asked for quickly and the were knowledgeable and helpful about the area. The room was clean and the vibe of the hotel was welcoming! The coffee was great in the lobby in the morning. The Pinecrest Diner was across the street and our favorite place to eat while we were in San Francisco. We definitely recommend the King Charles Hotel!"
