"First and foremost all of the staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. I tend to gravitate to boutique hotels and this one was one of the better ones I’ve been in. My one critique is with the bathroom barn door. It was a pretty poor design choice in a room with 2 beds to have a bathroom door that doesn’t really close. There is quite a gap. I understand space concerns but there are other solutions. "

"This is a gem of a hotel. The area has been clean up a lot in the past couple years so it feel safe and cleaner for sure. Beautiful lobby. Walking distance to dining and shopping which is nice. Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfy!"

"My stay at the San Francisco Marriott Union Square was pleasant. The hotel's prime location near Union Square was perfect for exploring shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great city views. The staff was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The only minor downside was that some areas felt slightly dated. A strike was going on, and this detracted from the experience, but I don't fault the property for this. I recommend this hotel; it is great for business...
