"Expensive parking and feel unsafe at night around the hotel."

"We had one of the corner rooms spacious enough for 4 (2 adults 2 kids) to sleep in. It was on the 19th floor with a good view. The room was comfortable, with a large bathroom. We wish there were chairs in the room. Some street noise is inevitable but nothing terrible. The breakfast features variety but could be more affordable (it cost us around $140 for a family of 4). Parking is $80/night so if you are renting, keep that in mind. The staff was great! "

"Great location in San Francisco. Close to cable cars and safe neighborhood. Big bonus is the e-bike rental included in the stay. Will stay again if returning to San Francisco "

"Property was clean but definitely in an older building. The heater didn’t work in our room so we were cold. Some of the staff were wonderful while others not very nice. I knew about the cost of parking but to have to drive to the parking lot ourselves while paying $60 for valet was annoying. We won’t be back. "
