This hotel is near dotonbori 1 block away from it I didn’t like that the hotel is old it need upgrades and the smoke smell on the lobby is to bad , it is small , it was good but ill probably go to a different option next time , the staff is helpful.

It is convenient, we can use airport bus travel to Downton Plaza and walk to hotel within 5 minutes. Hotel staff is courteous and helpful. Room r clean just too small for 2 big luggages

We experienced a power outage in our room, and the staff were helpful and quick to restore the power. The TV in the room was a bit outdated—it didn’t have Wi-Fi or English subtitles, so we ended up watching YouTube on our laptop instead. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay. Buffet breakfast was good 👍

Really close to Dotonbori and close to subway exit. Location is really good. Rooms are a bit small but expected in Japan, but very clean and staff are friendly. Food selection is limited in the area is you don’t want to pay marked up tourist pricing. Recommend to eat at Namba Walk area for better food selection and price.
