"The hotel was lovely and delivered everything expected, making for a comfortable stay. Its location was fantastic and well worth considering for anyone visiting the area. However, the restaurant had limited dinner options, and the breakfast, while adequate, didn’t quite measure up to what we had experienced elsewhere in Japan. Overall, the hotel provided a great stay, especially given its excellent location, but the dining experience could be improved."

"We stayed in a triple room at Hotel Keihan Namba Grande—two adults and two kids (ages 14 and 5)—and the space was more than adequate for our needs. Like many hotels in Japan, it got a bit tight with suitcases open, but the high beds were a smart touch, letting us store bags underneath once we got settled. "The staff were very helpful at this hotel. We had left some important baggage on the airplane and the hotel staff helped us coordinate with the airline to receive the items at the hotel. Hotel was clean, area felt safe and reasonably close to subway stations. We had a triple room for our family of 3. While having our own beds was a luxury, the room was not spacious enough to layout our bags. Having said that, we would stay here again. "

"This hotel was so great! We loved having a view of the Shinkansen trains coming and going right out our window - but was completely soundproof to the outside! And being just across the street from Kyoto station was amazing - so easy to get anywhere then back again, and so many wonderful dining options just across the street! The buffet breakfast was also surprisingly good!"
