We had the best view in London (The Tower of London) the most comfortable bed, the hotel is right next to the tube but what really makes it worth while is the staff. From surprise birthday balloons when we arrived to the nicest man who helped us at 5:30am. This staff actually cares about your experience. And that matters. 10/10!"

However we had an issue with the toilet not flushing and were short of a towel which we reported to reception.
