"This is THE ONLY place my family and I will stay in London going forward. We had the best view in London (The Tower of London) the most comfortable bed, the hotel is right next to the tube but what really makes it worth while is the staff. From surprise birthday balloons when we arrived to the nicest man who helped us at 5:30am. This staff actually cares about your experience. And that matters. 10/10!"

"A lovely hotel in an ideal location near Canary Wharf station. Staff were very friendly on arrival. Room was compact but perfect for an overnight stay in London. The room was clean and bed was very comfy. A weatherspoons in a 2 minute walk and a quiet location within Canary Wharf."

"This hotel great, staff are friendly and location perfect for going to events at the O2. However we had an issue with the toilet not flushing and were short of a towel which we reported to reception. The receptionist assured us they would send another towel and fix the toilet whilst we were out, however this never happened. Ver disappointing as we then couldn’t use the toilet morning, not good! "
