Hotel itself was fine only issue was i booked a double room and ended up in a twin, i checked in at nearly midnight so by the time i went to the room i wanted to go to bed. When i told the same lady who checked me in on my departure, her response was wasn't the 2 beds pushed together? Bizarre to say the least!

The initial booking was absolutely fine, upon arrival still seemed like the area was very nice being in Canary Wharf. The hotel up on entry, was dated, I saw two mice in the area near the bar, the staff gave off a very negative energy like I was a real inconvenience. The room was badly decorated (room 926) and the bed also broke with a wheel basically derailing!! The window on the ninth floor was literally hanging on for its life by a screw, which in turn caused issues with a draft coming through and making it cold. I do have photos upon request should anyone feel like getting back to me. This made a 40th birthday celebration very dank!

Their security deposit returning time is too much. They take up to 14days to return it. Also they don’t have noice cancellation system. We can hear sound from the next room. Perhaps those the room is ok, well decorated,cleaned. I will rate 7/10

Breakfast cheap food and overcooked and then left there for hours. Bed uncomfortable and burn marks in floor. Bathroom door would not close. 15 minute wait on check in whilst staff just talked to each other. Rooms not made up daily. Overall avoid this hotel much better hotels for similar price

Overall it was pretty good! Charging £7 for Wifi per device is a real con though, that did leave a bad taste in the mouth and was a bit of a grubby cash-grab. Other than that, it was good and you get what you pay for. Staff were ok, the guy I spoke to on the frontdesk wasn't particularly clear and eloquent with communication when checking me in and I had to ask him to clarify what he was saying a few times, but for how much I paid, it was comfortable.

For the price, it's very expensive. Opening the sink splashes your crotch, and getting the temperature of the water right requires an expert knowledge of scale balancing ⚖️. Room lacks a safe box and fridge amongst other things you'd expect from a standard hotel.

The access to the hotel car park is very steep and dangerous. There's no hand rails. I kept slipping. Not very disabled-friendly. Staff really blank on their faces and they take their time with everything. The place is generally clean but so, so aged. Walls, tiles, doors - chipped and scratched. Overall okay, but a lot room for improvement.

I had a bad experience. When I booked and paid for our room with 2 single beds, I read the check in time was at 3pm and after that, with no limits. When we reached the hotel, receptionist told us that our room has given to someone else. they offered us a double bedroom or nothing! It was very horrible to hear it.
