However we had an issue with the toilet not flushing and were short of a towel which we reported to reception. The receptionist assured us they would send another towel and fix the toilet whilst we were out, however this never happened. Ver disappointing as we then couldn’t use the toilet morning, not good! "This was my 10th (or more) visit to this hotel just this year. To be honest, I have always chosen this property for its affordable pricing and convenient location for my travel needs. However, I was never particularly impressed by the service, which I found to be below basic standards. To my surprise, things have significantly improved during my recent stay, and for the better.
