"We took our dog with us and she started to cry when we left. The wonderful woman working with the construction company had an office next to our room. She watched our dog while we attended our daughter’s graduation without worrying. The staff is nice. They take a long time if at all to answer the front desk when I call. We called for blankets and no one ever came. Ms. Racquel was so wonderful. She was so professional, very nice, went above and beyond for us!"

"Great location. Right in the heart of things at Times Square and Broadway but thankfully quiet (at least the postion of our room was). Everything about the hotel felt new and in good condition. The room was modern and fresh. The staff were friendly. Only complaint I could make is that breakfast wasn't included. "
