Asked twice for extra blankets on two separate days. Crickets. The waitress at the restaurant on two separate days was incredibly rude. The only bright spot was Mark, the sales guy selling holiday stays for Hilton, but of course they hire that job for congeniality. Will mark this property off the list for future stays.

The room was fine for our needs. Everything was clean and well kept. Check-in and check-out was easy and the staff were friendly and courteous. The elevators were out of order on more than one occasion, including at check-in, however our room was on the 7th floor and we were traveling light, so it wasn't a big issue for us, but others were not so happy. Also, the water pressure is pretty non existent in the shower...

I want to say the staff, especially Michelle was amazing. Unfortunately some things were just out of her control. The hotel is struggling with what seems to be a hot water issue. We had no hot water the duration of the stay along with several other rooms. The elevators were a nightmare, broken and really long lines.

Check in was awful. One person checking in on a Saturday the weekend before Christmas. Elevators were scary. Twice people got stuck and the fire department had to help. We walked up and down 25 flights of stairs. Awfulllllll Someone came into our room. The toliet seat was left up (it was 3 women in the room) called to have someone talk to us about it and said they’d have manager call us and never received the call.

The entire stay was excellent, however we would have booked a king size room upon arrival we were told that there are no rooms available and we would have be move to a queen size room. Also all additional fees like the destination fee was only known to us upon arrival. Any additional fees should be told to the customer before booking for budgeting purposes.

The rooms are very small. The elevators were not working so had to carry luggage up to 20th floor.
