"I chose this hotel because I was here with my family before and we had great time since its location was so close to Time Square, Broadway, and good restaurants. Although the property does show aging, it’s still a good place to stay. One thing I noticed that I don’t like is my luggage zipper at end of lower corner is missing a few teeth before I got on Uber heading to the airport. I stored my luggage for an hour and an half after checking out at this hotel and went to lunch. "

"Rooms were spacious, service was fantastic, and staff were very helpful and attentive. The facility was very near the theatre and multiple restaurants were within walking distance. The only issue was road repairs in front of the facility which were very noisy. This was at no fault of the facility, and we would definitely go back again anytime in NY."
