"The stay was great I just feel like the windows don’t give enough air so there should be AC in the rooms as they get really warm quick and it’s hard to sleep with the heat. The beds comfy but the pillows are a bit too soft. Overall the stay was great and the staff was pleasant. However, I think some of the staff don’t know the check out time. "The hotel on arrival had a clean look with a pleasant perfume smell. The front desk service and booking in was quick and well explained. The room was clean warm and well presented with spare pillow's if needed. The swimming pool is heated and the gym is properly equipped. The menu is typical of a chain hotel. "

"Hotel dining was not open so wasn’t able to try it. Check closing days before booking if you want to eat there. Room was clean, comfortable and warm. Recommended it to colleagues who have also booked rooms and been equally happy. Sadly couldn’t use recently due to price increase at half term. "
