The room was so quiet and the beds comfortable it was exactly what we needed from a quick stop motorway services hotel. OK it's not a 5* luxury hotel but the room was excellent value for money and the warm welcome was worth that alone "

The breakfast was excellent, central parking provided and the location is in the heart of Shrewsbury. Rooms had everything you needed. "What a wonderful mini break for my husband and I plus our two little dogs. We stayed at The Fox and were greeted warmly by staff on arrival. Everyone was so friendly. The town was absolutely stunning, gorgeous buildings, quaint shops and pubs. We ate in The Fox on our first night and the food was wonderful and great value for money! Our little dogs enjoyed their stay also and were fussed over by everyone! Highly recommend The Fox if you’re in the area"

"Lovely place for a stay but ruined by blatant dishonesty. Owners advertise on multiple platforms that there is an indoor pool - they even have pics, but the "pool" is apparently at an indoor leisure club 4 miles away. Absolute jokers. Even when i contacted the club- i still had to pay for going swimming. Such a disappointing stay and ive lodged refund request from hotels.com"

"Really disappointed with this place it looked great online and had everything I wanted for an overnight stay, the restaurant and bar were not open so no food available the place was being renovated if they said that online I would not have booked it, so we had to venture out for foods and drink, the place was at the bottom of a hill and everything was at the top, no taxi services available in the area, if anyone knows Bridgnorth you know how steep it is, sorry for the bad review but it should...
