I was impressed with the paintwork.The owners desperately need to find the money for new plumbing and electrics. then they can charge more and would get more visitors.

Bed was uncomfortable, carpets were mouldy in places, corridor smelt of weed everyday when we turned up, on the Wednesday night there was banging and shouting in the corridor late at night, bathroom soaps were out of date, would ideally like a refund as we won't be staying here again in the future

This place should be condemned. No hot water ,wallpaper coming off walls , ripped and dirty carpet, bed was a shocker springs sticking into you. Wi fi was no existence even with pass word . No fan in room and none available to borrow.

We were on the ground floor as requested. The decor us really dated. The towels were clean 👍 only problem was lack of sleep because guests in next room argued ALL night to the point where I was going to call the Police. Then they were climbing in and out of the windows. They went quiet at around 5.30 am.

The property was dirty, we had no soap in our room at all, the windows were filthy and the bathtub was filthy, the rubbish bins weren't all empty and there wasn't enough toilet paper. The pillows were flat as a pancake. We would not book again

A run down and unkempt hotel. No hot water. It needs a complete overhaul. With a lot of cash and effort could made into something better. It’s in a good location but grounds scruffy.

Very dirty in welcome area and rooms look like they have been flashed over with grey paint rust in bathroom blood on the curtain yucky stuff on the windows cobwebs and dirty beds very uncomfortable springs sticking up. Only good thing location to Himley hall and car park would avoid next time

The room that we were given it was not smelling good the toilet was not flushed and the room was smelling of the poo that was not flushed. Then they gave us another room that was too dusty and the toilet again. They ended up giving us a show room thats what they call it
