"Fabulous team on the front desk, absolutely first class and as good as any 5* hotel even though this is a busy conference hotel. All the staff, in the restaurant, cafe and front desk were just lovely. Rooms fairly standard but clean and client."

"Having stayed at the hotel a number of times, the first noticeable and welcome improvement was in the presentation of the ground floor public rooms. This upgrade is continued in the bedroom (Room 1) which has cleaner lines and is much less cluttered than before. Good quality bed linen. Bed and pillows very comfortable. A spare blanket would have been a plus. Bathroom a little cramped and could do with a waste disposal basket. Delivery of hot water can test one's patience. The basin...
