"The property is boutique chic. The Jr Suite I had was spacious and clean. I got an early check, which I was so grateful for as I was coming in from a cruise that morning. The porters were so warm, friendly, and helpful, they stood out and should be commended. I would return for a longer stay as I didn't get to utilize the amenities such as the rooftop pool and bar, and sauna"

"Amazing location! Connected to most parts of Miami! Hotel is very much Miami styled. Only thing I would ask to change is the entrance to the parking garage. It can be a bit challenging entering is another car is parked in drop off lane. Would stay again!!"

"Got here early on a Monday morning. Javier (and the lovely lady who's name I didn't see on the name tag because I'm blind) allowed us to drop off our luggage and go explore. They were very kind and efficient. When we finally returned after half a day out, check in was seamless and we even got vouchers for the bar downstairs. Bar was great and bathrooms downstairs were clean (this is something important to me). The room was wonderful and clean! Not just clean, but CLEAN to my crazy standards. The location is absolutely unbeatable. When I checked reviews before booking I saw people whining about the elevators. I'm a smoker and was watching a hockey game that night. I was down and up every 35 min or so for several hours and had absolutely no problems. No issues even during busier hours. This hotel is wonderful and I hope to stay here again."
