"For the price, what I got was really good. I got a rather cheap room and it was a great expirence, loved the free purfied water, tv channels, local restaurant. My only recommendation is to have more clear information on which parking lot provides the 25 dollar parking."

"The property was right around the corner from the Chicago Theater, which is where we were seeing a show. That was super convenient. The first person we met was Mariam, the front desk receptionist. This was our first stay at a Virgin hotel, so I had a lot of questions. She not only patiently answered everything, but also explained more of the amenities in the building. This included the cafe, restaurant (which includes room service), gym, bar, and more! I was really impressed by the thoroughness...
