"It was our very first time at the Langham, yet we were spoiled from the moment we stepped in, as one would expect if a frequent visitor. We were surprisingly updated to a 1 bedroom suite and this made our stay even more comfortable. All the staff was extremely friendly and ready to satisfy our requests. "First impressions stay with you unfortunately. We checked in before our room was ready - absolutely no problem, On return, and after a very tiring day - we had to make 3 trips to and from reception as the key we were given didn’t work. No apology for the inconvenience. Maintenance then came and the issue fixed and he was very apologetic. We had to rescan our card for ‘extras’ and I didn’t like to see mine and other guests check in forms left on the front desk for all to see - a gdpr issue....
