"We were able to check in early on a Wednesday, and desk was willing to keep bags if not, and will keep bags even after check out. Greeting was friendly, and room was clean & very quiet and we were on the 3rd floor. Great roof top bar as well. The room was small as others have noted, but very efficient. Was in the city for a show, not the room anyway!"

"Our family of 4 took the train to NYC to see a few shows, so we didn't use any local parking. The hotel was super convenient in the Times Square area, but was amazingly quiet, with the rooms seemingly set back between some buildings to provide some buffer. It was on a street that had a lot to offer, but not in the crazy, busy mix of a main road. We frequented the Whole Foods around the block for reasonably priced water and snacks. Having a mini-fridge/microwave would be a big help, but we were...

"It was a very convenient location for seeing the Broadway Shows I came to see. Also close to shopping and many NYC attractions. Will definitely book again!"

"Hotel is overall a good value. Outdated and rundown, yes, but very clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Don't let the "free breakfast" attract you: it was Bunn burner coffee and a cold not-so-fresh bagel or a flavorless muffin. We ended up going out for breakfast in the end."
