"The hotel was good, the room was nice. The restaurant was very good and staff was very kind. The only issue is that the surroundings at night may not be safe, so you have to drive your car or take a taxi instead of walking to a restaurant. During the day, it was close to interesting places like Casa de la Moneda, Plaza de Armas and cerro Santa Lucía."

"The hotel is located in a lovely and clean and safe area of Santiago. They have a phenomenal rooftop bar with an amazing view that you need to visit at least once if not twice. Every staff member was amazing and willing to help and go out of their way to help. Special mention to Lucas one of the concierge members who was incredibly attentive. We had a great experience here "

"The Hotel was very conveniently located and the main lobby area was really great. The food and drink were not expensive. However the rooms and else where in the hotel were very tired and in need of modernisation And the railings in the lifts were smeared I felt I couldn’t hold onto them. Our room was clean but there were chips out of the table and the area around the sink in the bathroom was chipped also. The swimming pool however was great and we really enjoyed swimming after a days sight...
