One thing that is good to know in the current social climate in Santiago is that the hotel is in a safe area, though it is close to the epicenter of protests in Plaza Italia. "The hotel is located in a lovely and clean and safe area of Santiago. They have a phenomenal rooftop bar with an amazing view that you need to visit at least once if not twice. Every staff member was amazing and willing to help and go out of their way to help. Special mention to Lucas one of the concierge members who was incredibly attentive. We had a great experience here "

"This hotel is perfectly positioned just 2 minutes walk from arrivals. The staff are obviously aware that many travellers will be in a hurry to reach their beds and check in was friendly but fast. We were allowed to take our airport trolley to our room. We arrived at 9 and had to leave at 2.45 but managed to get as much sleep as possible. It may seem a bit expensive for such a short stay but the convenience was well worth it"
