"The Singular Hotel was excellent. Breakfast was nice. I liked that it was not a buffet. Nice bar and dining area on the roof. Rooms were very spacious and very clean. The area around the hotel great for walking to museum and other sites. Lots of restaurants around. But the most outstanding feature of the hotel was the service provided by all the staff. I highly recommend staying at the Singular."

"Had a very comfortable 3-night stay at Tinto with my girlfriend. It's located in Barrio Bellavista, within a a few steps of numerous restaurants and attractions. One thing that is good to know in the current social climate in Santiago is that the hotel is in a safe area, though it is close to the epicenter of protests in Plaza Italia. Our room (a "suite") was nice, though not huge, with a king bed and sizable bathroom. Breakfast (which was included) was served either in-room or poolside upon...

"Clean, convenient, helpful staff"

"Lovely hotel in great location. Front desk staff very good, helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff let the hotel down, lots of them who prefer to congregate and chat rather than clear tables and serve coffee. Also found the same with the between bar, if there was a few of them they just stood around talk, whilst you waved at them for their attention or to place an order. Was ok the day we went early and only one member of staff, she was much better as she had no one to talk to. "
