"It is a big mistake teo book this place for three nights. I thought it is not big street but street noise day and night, plus street light conmercial lights so bright. We booked from hotels.com, which says air conditioning, multilingual, all are lies. The bedding sheets/towles are cheap materials and feel not clean. The kichen stove is not functinal. "Acomodação incrível. O apartamento é perfeito para 4 pessoas. Erámos 4 amigas e duas aceitaram dividir a cama de casal e tinha mais 2 camas de solteiro que eram bem confortáveis. A localização é perfeita, tem mercado bem pertinho, uma pracinha e a la Moneda não fica longe, tem como ir a pé, tendo vários bares e restaurantes pra comer a noite em volta dessa area. Além disso tem uma estação de metro do outro lado da avenida. O ap tem tudo que precisamos, o fogão é de indução e demorava esquentar,...

"My two main areas of discomfort were : 1.- No TV in bed room. 2.- manager insisted on payment in cash and for that purpose showed to the apartment without notice at inappropriate hours two days in a row. Location is good but I will not go back to the same apartment, there are several companies in the same building."

"Our original room was having bathroom issues so Vasily, the landlord, upgraded us to a better room at no additional cost. He even offered a ride across town and advice on activities. Customer service at its best. New room was beautiful, clean, and provided a most amazing view of Santiago and the Andes. Absolutely recommended!"

"Great place to stay for a few nights! The location is close to the metro station and also to some landmarks like Palacio La Moneda y Plaza de Armas. Staff was polite, breakfast included, cool backyard and Pool. There was a kitchennette very convenient and in general, a great experience. The only low point is that the zone is a little bit dangerous, mainly during the night. Always try to return before is dark. With day light by your side there is nothing to worry about."
