"I loved the location of this hotel, the breakfast buffet and the room I booked. I totally recommend the King suite. It's big, classy and quiet. Overall, everything is very clean. Omg, the breakfast is wonderful with very nice views of the city. Several relatives came to have dinner or lunch with me during my stay. The restaurant offers a really good menu at reasonable prices. We all had a great time. But no place is perfect. The gym gets too warm. It needs better air circulation. I didn't...

"I enjoyed the atmosphere of Chilli’s heritage created by the decor . The restaurant produces great meals and the pool is lovely on a hot day . Easy to walk to major attractions and staff are always willing to help in any way. Hot showers were welcome also ! "

"The hotel is located in a lovely and clean and safe area of Santiago. They have a phenomenal rooftop bar with an amazing view that you need to visit at least once if not twice. Every staff member was amazing and willing to help and go out of their way to help. Special mention to Lucas one of the concierge members who was incredibly attentive. We had a great experience here "
