"The shuttle drive was easy to locate, pleasant and friendly. I arrived off early 6 am flight, I was dissatisfied that although my room was ready, I had to pay 40 dollars to access it before noon. "This isn't really a hotel for tourists especially if you speak no Spanish. It is geared to intermediate term rentals to people in town temporarily, say for work assignment. There are limited hotel services. Sheets and towels are changed every three days. However, it is in a very good location, near a great restaurant district and walking distance to the main plaza of town. The suite is comfortable and includes a small kitchen. You can stock it at the nearby grocery store."

" Don't be put off by the lobby as the actual rooms are very nice. However, I really think the staff should work better to cater more towards tourists. The front desk man didn't speak English, and he kept asking me for my "nombre" (name), even though I was pointing at it on my reservation.
