"We stayed here recently for one night after our cruise and found it the perfect spot to enjoy a day in Santiago. It was close to some great restaurants, and an easy walk to the Hop On Hop Off bus stop near the funicular. Modern, clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. We are light breakfast eaters, so it was great for us, but if you would like a hearty breakfast, may not be something you like. They also arranged our cab to the airport at the end of the day and had no problem storing our bags for our day of exploring."

"I love staying small boutique hotels. With only 38 rooms, Hotel Luciano K made for a quiet cozy stay. The rooms could use a remodel/refresh, but overall I really enjoyed my stay. The staff members were friendly and accommodating."

"My wife and I chose to stay overnight in Santiago as we headed to Patagonia. We are so, so, so happy that we chose to stay at Hotel Plaza San Francisco. The staff treated us like we were 5 Star guests. They allowed us to check in early for a small fee. They also were able/willing to do a small cash exchange at the check in. The staff was great. They need all the praise they can get for being so hospitable. The room was great. The bed was comfortable and the restroom was super clean. Loved the shower. The morning breakfast was excellent with many options. The location, for us who love to urban walk, was excellent. We were able to easily walk around town and feel safe while doing it. The taxi dropped us off and picked us up at the front door. The whole experience was excellent and I would highly recommend this stay for anyone staying in Santiago. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in Santiago in the future. Awesome experience. "
