"The hotel is located in a lovely and clean and safe area of Santiago. They have a phenomenal rooftop bar with an amazing view that you need to visit at least once if not twice. Every staff member was amazing and willing to help and go out of their way to help. Special mention to Lucas one of the concierge members who was incredibly attentive. "The Hotel was very conveniently located and the main lobby area was really great. The food and drink were not expensive. However the rooms and else where in the hotel were very tired and in need of modernisation And the railings in the lifts were smeared I felt I couldn’t hold onto them. Our room was clean but there were chips out of the table and the area around the sink in the bathroom was chipped also. The swimming pool however was great and we really enjoyed swimming after a days sight...
