"This is by far the best hotel that I stayed in Japan after staying with five-star hotels in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. It's clean. People are nice at this property. It's super convenient for restaurants. Seems that they built/collaborate with an entire mall downstairs and you get coupons for spending at the mall, which serve delicious food. "

The washroom was decent although the wash tub didn’t drain to well. Overall the stay was pleasant and centrally located. Enjoyed my two days there and will be back again. "
