"The hotel seems very new and updated. Its about 2 city blocks from everything you'd want to get to in downtown Chicago and a short walk to Millennium Park. Its close to restaurants and offers nice views of the Chicago River. We used the parking option affiliated with the hotel , it was 59$ a night but offered In and Out privileges. "

"I love the River Hotel! We stay here every time we visit. The location is perfect, staff are amazing and so friendly, the rooms are always clean and perfect. Yes the rooms are on the smaller side but who cares, you’re not in them that much. They are still great. Plus the hotel is perfectly located for just about everything. "

"The lack of any housekerping during our stay was disappointing. If trash bags could be put in waste receptacles we could have set it out rarher than having the bins overflow. Daily face cloths are a must. "
