"It was nice being right downtown with so much in walking distance. Staff was so nice. There was a man and woman who helped check me in and they went above their job to help me with getting an Uber. The woman even walked me and my daughter two blocks to where the Uber app was sending my driver. I wish I had their names because they deserve recognition. For someone from small town, Wisconsin, they eased my nerves about staying in a huge city. Good people do exist all over."

"The hotel is connected to several restaurants and a coffee shop that are not owned by Hyatt. However, the smell of food from these establishments is quite strong—it travels from the lobby all the way up to the 28th floor, where my room is. While the scent isn’t exactly unpleasant, it’s not particularly pleasant either. Valet parking is quite expensive, but the staff are very friendly and professional.
